Remove MCP Server Generator and Cursor Rules links (personal repos)
and add reference to the official AI Coding Developer Tooling docs on
Experience League.

Made-with: Cursor
The page was missing YAML frontmatter (keywords, title, description)
that the HLX/Franklin rendering pipeline requires for proper page
metadata, template application, and navigation integration.

Made-with: Cursor
In the Franklin rendering pipeline, --- creates section dividers that
get styled as multi-column grid layouts instead of visual horizontal
rules. This caused content sections to render side-by-side instead of
stacking vertically.

Made-with: Cursor
ai-use-cases.md:
- Replace broken link to ai-development-tools.md with Experience League URL
- Update 8 redirecting URLs to use their final destinations
  (modelcontextprotocol.io, developer.adobe.com, experienceleaguecommunities)

webpack-configuration.md:
- Escape angle bracket in table cell to prevent MDX parsing error

Made-with: Cursor
Add the ai-use-cases page under a new "AI" section in the sidebar
so it's discoverable from the site navigation.
